Trouble getting it right the first time?! Of course, girl! You can return it! With limited exceptions, Big Glam Nation offers a returns and exchange policy to help you get it right.

Color Sample sales are Final Sale. 

 

 

Big Glam Nation will accept and process Non-Damaged Product category of returns or exchanges on ponytails and extensions (hair pieces) that have been submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Requests for returns or exchanges not submitted within fourteen (14) days will not be processed.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT for WEBSITE PURCHASES:

To initiate and complete a submission for a Non-Damaged Product category of return or exchange:

Email returns@bigglamnation.com with a copy of your receipt. In that email, include: 

  • “Return” or “Exchange” at the beginning of your email’s subject line.
  • Your first and last name.
  • The telephone number and email address associated with your purchase.
  •  Your order number.

A Big Glam Nation customer service representative will respond within forty-eight (48) hours with:

  • An assigned Return Number and Return Slip - which must be printed and included in the return package (“Return”).
  • Return address and any further instructions for your order. 

The Return must be received by Big Glam Nation within fourteen (14) days of its having been delivered to the customer. 

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT for INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK PURCHASES:

Initiate a request for a return within your buying platform within fourteen (14) days of delivery. A Big Glam Nation customer service representative will respond within forty-eight (48) hours with:

  • An assigned Return Number and Return Slip - which must be printed and included in the return package (“Return”).
  • Return address and any further instructions for your order. 

The Return must be received by Big Glam Nation within fourteen (14) days of its having been delivered to the customer. 

The submission requirements must be completed, and the Return must be delivered to Big Glam Nation’s return location within fourteen (14) days of the product having been delivered to the customer for the submission to be deemed completed and the request for return or exchange to be deemed eligible.

ELIGIBILITY: 

To be eligible for a Non-Damaged Product category return or exchange

  • The product packaging (“Packaging”) must be unopened; and 
  • The product must not have been worn or handled. 

Packaging will be considered “open” if the BGN security tie is broken or shows signs of having been re-applied after delivery. If the seal is broken, the seal has been reapplied, or the package has been visibly tampered with in other areas Big Glam Nation will be unable to process a refund or exchange. Packaging will be considered “open” if the Packaging is otherwise torn/ broken/ open/ or unsealed. If the Packaging is otherwise torn/ broken/ open/ or unsealed Big Glam Nation will be unable to process a refund or exchange.

Return or exchange items received within the required fourteen (14) day deadline will be physically evaluated within five (5) days of receipt (subject to the requirement that all submission requirements were properly completed). If your request for a return or exchange is determined to be eligible, you will be notified by email and a refund or exchange will be authorized within seven (7) days.

COLOR SAMPLES ARE INCLUDED AND AVAILABLE!

We know that “color-matching” your ponytails or extensions is super important! We will provide a COLOR SAMPLE with each purchase so that you can confirm and match the color to your hair before the Packaging has been opened.

Remember! You can also buy a $5.00 COLOR SAMPLE before you purchase your extensions. We cover shipping, and you get the $5.00 back as a credit when you purchase your actual extensions!

Unfortunately, Big Glam Nation is unable to pay for return shipping for non-damaged ponytails or extensions. But! If you're concerned about color, don't be! Buy a $2.50 Color Sample first! We encourage you to buy 2-3 so that you can compare your colors. Then use the unique code that we'll send you for $9.00 credit off your actual extensions purchase! Big Glam Nation is unable to process returns or exchanges for Press On Nails products unless the product was received in damaged condition or was incorrect. To be eligible for your Press On Nails return or exchange you must have received a damaged or incorrect product.

Big Glam Nation will accept and process Damaged Product category of returns or exchanges for Press On Nails that have been submitted within seven (7) days of delivery. Requests for returns or exchanges not submitted within seven (7) days will not be processed.

If you made your purchase through Facebook or instagram you do not need to send a return request email and simply need to request a return/refund within your purchasing platform within the seven (7) day time period. FB or IG will then reach out to us directly to handle your refund.

Shipping

We ship from Houston, Texas.

We aim to fulfill our orders within 72 hours of purchase. We define “Fulfillment” as the process of collecting, packaging, applying postage, and delivering the package to a shipping carrier, and any other steps that may be reasonably included in the preparation of a package for shipment.

  • Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed.
  • Our delivery times are estimated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Once a package is delivered to a shipping provider, Big Glam Nation is no longer able to control the timeline for delivery and are the responsibility of the shipping provider.
  • Standard domestic shipping generally takes between 2-7 business days.
  • An order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation will be delivered to you upon purchase. Expedited shipping and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout.

 Big Glam Nation is not held responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier failures with respect to damage or delivery timeline, at minimum;
  • Wrong addresses given by customers;
  • PO Box issues;
  • Packages that are lost or stolen.

  • USPS First-Class Package Service – 2-3 Business Days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
